For the Love of Food in Golden, Colorado founder Diane Bukatman graduated in 1986 from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America with Honors and an insane passion for cooking. In 2000, Chef Diane funneled her love and creativity and founded For the Love of Food, a Culinary Experience Company and cooking school.
Over the next 15 years, Chef Diane lead and inspired corporate team building experiences, one-on-one and group cooking classes spanning every cuisine on this planet. Her innovative teaching style lead to the creation of Kids Cook!, a children’s after-school and summer cooking camp fostering the next generation of creative chefs.
Chef Diane has taught professionally for nearly 30-years at the New York Restaurant School, French Culinary Institute, Johnson & Wales University, and Colorado Mountain College, and at the Art Institute of Denver.
She has been featured in the Denver Post, Wall Street Journal, Baltimore Sun, PBS, and has provided her culinary finesse to Chef Jacques Torres, Walter Cronkite, James Taylor, Beverly Sills, Paula Abdul, Mrs. Andrea Simon of Simon and Schuster and her daughter, the legendary Carly Simon.
Chef Diane now brings her vast expertise to Golden and the Front Range and hopes to inspire you to unlock your secret chef through the joyous art of creating wonderful foods.
