In 2000, Chef Diane funneled her love and creativity for food, cooking & teaching and founded For the Love of Food, a Culinary Experience Company and Cooking School.
She has taught professionally for over 30-years at the New York Restaurant School, French Culinary Institute, Colorado Arts Institute, Johnson & Wales University, and Colorado Mountain College. Chef

In 2017 Chef Diane completed an advanced degree in Holistic Nutrition, and is currently a candidate to become a Certified Oncology Nutrition Practitioner.
