For the Love of Food in Golden, Colorado founder Diane Bukatman, CEC, CNTP graduated in 1986 from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America with Honors and an insane passion for cooking. In 2000, Chef Diane funneled her love and creativity for food, cooking & teaching and founded For the Love of Food, a Culinary Experience Company and cooking school.
For the past 18 years, Chef Diane has lead and inspired Corporate Team Building experiences, 1-on-1 and group cooking classes spanning every cuisine on this planet. Her interactive and social teaching style lead to the creation of Kids Cook!, a children’s after-school and summer cooking camp fostering the next generation of creative chefs.
In 2017 Chef Diane completed an advanced degree in Holistic Nutrition, and is currently a candidate to become a Certified Oncology Nutrition Practitioner.
She has taught professionally for nearly 30-years at the New York Restaurant School, French Culinary Institute, Colorado Arts Institute, Johnson & Wales University, and Colorado Mountain College.
Featured in the Denver Post, Wall Street Journal, Baltimore Sun and PBS, she has provided her culinary finesse to Chef Jacques Torres, Walter Cronkite, James Taylor, Beverly Sills, Paula Abdul, Mrs. Andrea Simon of Simon and Schuster and her daughter, the legendary Carly Simon.
Chef Diane now brings her vast expertise and creativity to Evergreen, Golden & the Front Range and looks forward to inspiring you to unlock your hidden chef through the joyous art of cooking.
